Eye: its appearance is beautiful golden yellow with some green tints. Nose: The bouquet is intense and complex with fruit notes such as pear and apricot. Bouche: it is a robust wine, dry and velvety with fruit, butter and vanilla notes. Ageing in oak casks confers a nice aromatic complexity.

It goes well with various types of dishes. It accompanies poultry, fish with creamy sauce, seafood or even fresh cheese.
